Finance Veteran John Hyun Joins Grabango as CFO, as Leading Checkout-Free Tech Provider Expands Globally
BERKELEY, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–John Hyun has joined Grabango as Chief Financial Officer, bringing decades of software industry finance and operations experience. Hyun has led multiple financing, IPO and M&A transactions representing more than $6 billion in value.

Hyun joins Grabango from Mode Analytics, a leading SaaS analytics provider, where as CFO, he led finance and corporate development, expanded internationally through M&A, and led the sale of the company for more than $200 million. Hyun was previously VP Finance at Rocket Lawyer, a fast-growing SaaS legal tech company, and YuMe, a leading video advertising technology provider, where he helped lead IPO readiness. He also has experience as an investment and corporate banker with clients including Kroger, US Foods, Nike, and Harry & David.
